Rod and Dave co-founded the band in '92 with Mike Peltonen and Steve Bowman 

The Boge we see today has been playing together for 8 years in the backyard studio in Martinsville. We decided to take to the public when Ralph took over the bass spot in May of '24, allowing Isaac to more freely pursue his original music.

 Although not a jam band, we enjoy playing in the moment. This approach keeps the music fresh and dangerous for us and every gig unique to witness. Sometimes playing in the moment results in a song that not yet existed!    

Drawing from early blues and jazz; 70's funk and old country. It was North Mississippi hill country blues that really helped us realize our focus.
